**Description:**
A wholesome example of an AR Didrachm from Rhodes, struck between 305-275 B.C. The obverse features the radiate head of Helios, a significant deity in Rhodian culture, symbolizing the sun. The reverse depicts a rose with a bud, accompanied by a star and Δ in the left field, alluding to the island’s name and emblem.
