Phoenicia. Tyre. Azemilkos, ca. 349-311/0 B.C.E. AR Didrachm, Dated Year 9 (341/0 B.C.E.). NGC Ch VF. Scratches, Smoothing.
HGC-10, 349. Obverse: Deity, holding reins and bow, riding hippocamp right; two lines of waves below, dolphin right in exergue; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing; crook and flail in background. Despite its noted distractions, this specimen offers an alluring argent nature with pleasing brilliance remaining.
