Late posthumous issue in name and types of Lysimachus of Thrace, Tomis, period of the 1st Mithradatic War, 88-86 BC. Diademed head of deified Alexander III right, with horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛYΣΙΜΑΧΟY, Athena seated left, Nike standing left in outstretched right hand, elbow resting on shield decorated with star motif, transverse spear beyond; HP (monogram) Φ under right arm, TO on throne, filleted trident left in exergue. AMNG I 2478. De Callataÿ p. 141, dies D2/R- (unlisted reverse die). Rare monogram.
