Anonymous (ca. 225-214/2 BC). AR didrachm or quadrigatus (6.70 gm, 6h). NGC XF. Uncertain mint. Laureate janiform heads of the Dioscuri (?), with joined sideburns; dotted border / Jupiter, hurling thunderbolt with right hand, transverse scepter surmounted by lotus in left, in quadriga galloping right driven by Victory; ROMA incuse on raised tablet below. Crawford 28/3-30/1 (didrachms). Sydenham 64.
